.وللمرة الأولى يعقد اجتماع مجلس الإدارة في الكويت لمناقشة آخر تطورات العمل في المصفاة النفطية التابعة للشركة في جمهورية ألبانيا
.طرحت أثناء الاجتماع العديد من الأمور الفنية المتعلقة بالتشغيل وبرامج العمل للعام الجديد
FK Investment completed the testing phase for the oil derivatives samples for the first operation of the refinery. The results of the technical testing were in line with international standards in the field of oil refining. This was after the completion of basic stages of operation, which confirmed the qualification of the refinery to start the actual production and the maximum operating capacity.
The company’s achievements was culminated with the first export of its production outside the borders of Albania, the first step in the refinery’s operating schedule and its work program after the refinery is fully re-operating and rehabilitated.
أنجزت إف كي للاستثمار وبنجاح مرحلة الاختبارات اللازمة لعينات المشتقات النفطية لأول عملية تشغيل فعلي للمصفاة. وقد جاءت نتائج الفحص الفني مطابقة للمعايير العالمية في مجال تكرير النفط. كان ذلك بعد إنجاز المراحل الأساسية للتشغيل والتي أثبتت وبحمدالله استعداد المصفاة الكامل للبدء بالانتاج الفعلي وبطاقة تشغيل قصوى.
وقد توجت الشركة إنجازها هذا، بتصدير أول شحنة من إنتاجها خارج حدود ألبانيا، في خطوة تعد الأولى في جدول تشغيل المصفاة وبرنامج عملها بعد إعادة تشغيلها وتأهيلها بشكل كامل.

It’s another achievement for the FK Group in the field of air freight cargo as FK Catering received new shipment of livestock (sheep) from Tbilisi, Georgia in accordance with its goal of expanding its cargo business. The plane landed at Kuwait International Airport with 1,100 live sheep, all of which arrived in good condition. The unloading and transfer procedures were carried out smoothly, thanks to the preparations made by FK and completed in cooperation with the airport authorities and the company responsible for following up the procedures of the division according to what is applicable at the airport.
FK Catering will continue supply Kuwait cattle market with 1,100 head a week and might increase depending on market demand.

أنجزت شركة آم أويل تشكيل مجلس إدارتها الجديد، الذي حظي مؤخراً بالاعتماد والموافقة من السلطات الحكومية في ألبانيا. وتعد هذه الخطوة واحدة من مراحل إعادة التأهيل والهيكلة التي حرصت عليها إدارة الشركة في خطة عمل إعادة تشغيل المصفاة هناك. إن التشكيل الجديد لمجلس إدارة الشركة يعني ضخ دماء جديدة في منظومة إدارة العمل بالمصفاة التي تعد واحدة من أهم المصافي النفطية في المنطقة.
وفي متابعة لبرنامج إعادة التأهيل فقد أنجزت إدارة المصفاة مايقدر بنسبة 90% من أعمال الصيانة المقررة استعداداً لبدء التشغيل الفعلي خلال الأيام القادمة.
وتؤكد الشركة استعدادها التام لتلقي طلبات عملائها من المشتقات النفطية، حيث تم بالفعل تلقي العديد من الطلبات من جهات عدة بعد أن وجهت الشركة دعوة لعملائها بالتقدم بطلباتهم من خلال تعبئة النماذج الخاصة. وقد أعلنت أن تقديم الطلبات يتم عن طريق تعبئة النموذج الخاص بذلك بعد مراسلة الشركة على البريد الاكلتروني info@amoil.al

AMOIL completed its administrative structure after the formation of its new Board of Directors, which has recently been approved by government authorities in Albania. This step is one of the stages of rehabilitation and restructuring that the management of the company has taken care of in the plan to restart the refinery there. The new composition of the company‘s board means pumping new blood in the system of labor management refinery, which is one of the most important net oil in the region.
In follow-up to the rehabilitation program, the refinery management has completed 90% of the planned maintenance work in preparation for the actual start-up in the coming days.
The company confirms its readiness to receive the requests of its customers from the oil derivatives, where has already received many requests from several quarters after the company invited customers to submit their applications through the mobilization of special forms.
