Thanks to the efforts of Al-Salam Charity partnering with FK Logistics, 10 tons of food supplies have been prepared and will be sent to the people of Sudan.

FK Logistics provides logistical support as it has worked with several governmental and private bodies.

One of its specialties is providing urgent assistance (relief) to those affected all over the world – whether they are individuals, institutions, or countries, by disasters, fires, or accidents.

 It implements educational, health, housing and food projects, as its most recent relief aid is in Gaza, Libya and Morocco.

Turkey, Libya, Morocco, Gaza, Indonesia, Pakistan, Sudan, Djibouti, Philippines, Georgia, Bangladesh, and many other places.

About the relief

FK Logistics pays great attention to humanitarian relief operations worldwide. It works to provide humanitarian assistance to those affected by natural disasters and humanitarian crises.

External relief:

– Participation in search and rescue operations in disaster situations.

Recently, FK Logistics is currently focusing its relief efforts on those affected in the Gaza Strip, and the relief aid it has provided includes:

– Relief camps and providing all integrated life and living necessities.

– Establishing field hospitals and providing all medical supplies, equipment and first aid.

– Operating field kitchens to provide meals.

– Making field bakeries.

– Drilling wells and desalinating water.

– Classes for students.

FK is expanding its food, wholesale and supermarket trade and is currently working on signing an agreement for new locations in the State of Kuwait within the next two months.

We will soon start opening the surgery department, maternity ward, and finally the intensive care department.

FK & OHS, Medical combined experience, along with an unparalleled team of medical professionals, familiarity with international medical qualifications and standards, enables us to offer clients the highest degree of medical competency and proficiency.  As a footnote, FK Medical has a 6-year history of providing medical logistics, laboratory testing, radiology screening services to US Embassy- Djibouti, Kuwaiti Embassy- Djibouti, Embassy of Bahrain- Djibouti, France Embassy- Djibouti, KBR, DOD Contractor, MOFA, and DMP. 

His Excellency the Prime Minister of the Republic of Djibouti received in his office Mr. Abdullah Al-Tammar, Chairman of FK Group and Mr. Rashid Al-Tammar, Vice President for Projects Affairs, in the presence of a group of ministers concerned in the health sector and services. Al-Tammar is visiting Djibouti as part of the development plan for the group’s medical clinic, FK Medical, where the clinic’s management seeks to expand its services in cooperation with the government authorities in Djibouti. The Center provides services to many official and private entities, banks and embassies operating in Djibouti. FK Medical has announced the introduction of emergency services through the provision of a 24-hour ambulance equipped to respond to emergency calls for the transfer of patients in different areas of Djibouti.

FK Medical has signed many contracts with insurance companies operating in Djibouti and thus became one of the most attractive health centers for patients who enjoy the medical insurance coverage of those companies.

FK Aviation and one of the Core contractors operating in Iraq are currently coordinating to start a flight schedule for internal flights between the military bases at a daily rate to transport their personnel between the military bases and the contractor’s operating sites. FK Aviation, the official representative of FK Gryphon Airlines, is the first certified airline to be allowed to transport personnel working in military bases in Iraq after the ban on air operations was suspended at the time.

As part of its development plans, FK Medical, a subsidiary of the group, based in Djibouti, conducted a field survey, followed by a decision to provide this new service. FK Medical is currently preparing to launch its new Ambulance service to help provide emergency services to the needy of all categories in Djibouti. The company has provided a medical and technical staff comprising specialized cadres in this field. FK Medical hopes to open additional alternatives of emergency assistance to reduce the incidence of health complications and deaths due to a lack of emergency assistance and medical emergencies at a time of health crisis for many patients there. FK Medical was keen to provide the ambulance with the latest medical equipment for recovery and quick aid and developed plans to transfer patients and injured quickly to the centers and hospitals according to the health of patients.

As part of its medical center development plan in Djibouti, FK Medical has completed a specialized training program for staff at the medical center there as well as a technical support team in Kuwait. The move comes as part of the development plan and to expand medical services. With this step, it is easy to complete all the financial transactions, schedule booking and follow-up all matters relating to the health status of patients with the assurance of keeping their records and medical history in a way that allows them to retrieve when needed.

On the other hand, FK Medical attended Arab Health 2019 in Dubai, which was held in the period 28 to 31, January 2019. Arab Health exhibition hosted thousands of medical providers, manufacturers for medical equipment and devices, and medical laboratories and medicines. This participation comes to support the development program initiated by the company since November 2018, which aims to raise the level of medical services standards in FK medical center in Djibouti, where it expanded to include many medical and therapeutic specialties covering most of the needs of patients. The development plans require updated knowledge of the latest in this vital field, which is made possible to visitors by the exhibition mentioned through the booths specialized in this type of services in all its specialties.

In line with the new strategy adopted by FK investment to develop FK Medical project in the Republic of Djibouti, and in order to support  its vision to support  the development of medical sector in the Horn of Africa, Mr. Burhene Nouri, CEO. and Mr. Joseph Silva Salvador (CFO) , joined the management team at FK Medical Clinic in Djibouti last June 2018.

The second meeting of AMOIL Board of Directors was held in Kuwait. The meeting was attended by Chairman Abdullah Rashed Al-Tammar and all board members.

For the first time, a meeting of the Board of Directors is held in Kuwait to discuss the latest developments in the company’s oil refinery in the Republic of Albania.

During the meeting, many technical issues related to the operation and work programs for the New Year were discussed.
